Erik Prince, fundador da Blackwater e próximo do ex-Presidente dos Estados Unidos Donald Trump, violou o embargo de armas das Nações Unidas à Líbia em 2019, de acordo com um relatório confidencial desta organização

De acordo com o relatório, que foi divulgado na sexta-feira pelo The New York Times e pelo The Washington Post, Erik Prince destacou uma pequena força de mercenários ocidentais fortemente armados para o leste da Líbia ao serviço do comandante rebelde Jalifa Hafter, chefe do Exército Nacional Líbio (LNA).
